Empowering young people with the knowledge, language, and values they need to make wise decisions — with parents leading the way.
Get Youth Curriculum →Young people are surrounded by messages about relationships, bodies, and sexuality — from social media, peers, and popular culture. Without a trusted, values-grounded framework, they are left to make sense of these messages alone.
Flow of Life Education's Youth Curriculum puts parents back in the driver's seat. Each module is designed to be led by a trusted adult — a parent, guardian, or mentor — creating space for honest, ongoing dialogue.
Every module integrates Somatic Therapy principles — helping young people develop body literacy, recognize physical cues of emotion, and build a healthy, embodied sense of self — alongside Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) principles that build emotional vocabulary, secure attachment, and the ability to express feelings safely.
Our content is clinically informed, developmentally appropriate, and anchored in the belief that every young person deserves to understand their body, their emotions, and their worth.
